The Cross Sealer consists of two main components: an automatic flap folding and sealing machine and a cross-shaped sealing mechanism. The carton first passes through the flap folding and sealing machine, automatically folding the top and bottom flaps and sealing the carton in a straight line. The carton then enters the cross-shaped sealing mechanism, where a dedicated mechanism applies the cross-shaped sealing tape to the sides of the carton, creating a secure cross-shaped sealing structure.
