1. The fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two separate rotating bodies (the filling system and the vacuum system).

2. Easy Operation: Utilizing a PLC touchscreen control system and a human-machine interface (HMI) operating system, operation is intuitive and convenient.

3. Easy Adjustment: Truly fully automated. Simply enter the desired parameters through the HMI, and all parts of the packaging machine will adjust to the desired settings.

4. High Level of Automation: The machine meets fully automatic vacuum requirements, enabling unmanned weighing and packaging operations. Automatic alarm in the event of a malfunction;

5. A comprehensive preventive system intelligently detects bag opening and complete bag opening. If the bag is not suitable for adding ingredients, no ingredients will be added or heat-sealed. This eliminates bag and material waste, saving costs;

6. Complies with food processing machinery hygiene standards. Parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring food hygiene and safety in compliance with GMP standards;

7. Use of pre-made packaging bags ensures high-quality sealing, enhancing the quality of the finished product;
