1. The fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two separate rotating bodies (the filling system and the vacuum system);

2. Easy to operate: Utilizing a PLC touchscreen control system and a human-machine interface operating system, the machine is intuitive and easy to use;

4. High degree of automation: Meets fully automatic vacuum requirements, enabling unmanned weighing and packaging operations. Automatic alarms are activated in the event of a malfunction.

5. A comprehensive preventive maintenance system intelligently detects bag opening and complete bag opening. If the bag is not suitable for adding material, no material will be added or heat-sealed. This eliminates bag and material waste and reduces costs.

6. The equipment meets the hygienic standards for food processing machinery. Parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring food hygiene and safety in compliance with GMP standards.

7. Use of pre-made packaging bags ensures high-quality sealing, enhancing the quality of the finished product.
