Exploration One: AI Vision Enables 100% Online Quality Control. Traditional weight inspection cannot detect appearance defects. Guchuan is developing packaging lines integrated with an AI deep learning vision system. This system can capture in real-time the stitching/sealing quality, surface stains, printing character integrity, and even minor bag body damage of each packaged bag. Trained on massive defect samples, the system's recognition accuracy exceeds 99.5%, and it can automatically reject (non-conforming products) while recording defect types and images, providing data traceability for production process optimization. This truly achieves comprehensive quality control from "metrologically qualified" to "visually perfect."

Exploration Two: Flexible Packaging Robot Workstation. To address market trends of small batches, multiple varieties, and customization, Guchuan has developed a flexible packaging robot cell based on 3D vision guidance. It does not require complex custom fixtures for each product. The robot uses a 3D camera to intelligently (recognize) irregularly shaped products (like hardware parts, pastries) placed randomly, automatically plans the optimal grasping posture and arrangement, and completes bagging in (coordination) with a flexible bag feeding system. This significantly reduces the time and cost of product changeovers, providing a packaging-end solution for "mass customization."

Exploration Three: Practicing Green Manufacturing and Sustainable Packaging. Guchuan integrates environmental concepts into product design. Our equipment is dedicated to reducing packaging material waste (through ultra-high precision weighing and reduced bag breakage rate), lowering energy consumption (using high-efficiency energy-saving motors and standby/sleep modes), and actively exploring applicable processes for recyclable/biodegradable packaging materials. For example, (addressing) the narrow temperature window for sealing biodegradable PLA plastic bags, we have optimized the temperature control algorithm of the heat sealing system to ensure sealing quality without damaging the material. We believe advanced equipment is a crucial force driving the industrial chain towards green and sustainable development.
