Inside the modern production base of a large chemical group in East China, a brand-new fully automated packaging line is operating quietly and efficiently. In the feeding and packaging area, which used to be filled with dust and required multiple workers to work in full gear, now only mechanical arms are seen flexibly moving, with bags of products neatly stacked, and the site is as clean as ever. The core of this "cleaning revolution" is precisely the "dust-free enclosed packaging system" tailored by Zhejiang Guchuan Machinery.

The group primarily produces high-end silica products, with materials having fine particle sizes that are highly prone to dispersion, posing dual challenges to the working environment and product loss. The engineering team from Furukawa Machinery visited the site and proposed a closed-loop solution covering the entire process from "bag dropping-bag opening-metering-filling-air extraction and dust removal-sealing". The core of the system lies in the pioneering three-stage negative pressure dust removal design: firstly, a breeze curtain is formed at the bag retrieval station to prevent external airflow disturbances; secondly, an annular negative pressure dust suction chamber is designed at the filling port to instantly capture escaping dust; finally, overall ventilation and purification are carried out in the bag drop conveyor section to ensure the surface of the finished bags is clean. The collected dust is recycled through a cyclone separator and a filter dust collector and directly returned to the material silo, achieving zero waste of materials.

After the implementation of the project, the air dust concentration in the workshop has been reduced by over 98%, fully meeting the national occupational health and safety standards. The packaging accuracy has stabilized at ±0.1%, resulting in an annual reduction of material loss worth over one million yuan. What's more noteworthy is that the full automation has liberated workers from harsh environments, allowing them to shift to equipment monitoring and maintenance positions, achieving a win-win situation for both production efficiency and employee satisfaction.
